The V-AMT is not hardware, but software running on a PC. It is a 3D graphics-based software developed for comprehensive education and training in pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical systems, PLC, and automation facilities.
The platform allows students to perform practical exercises, from basic learning to hands-on qualification tasks, using only a PC without actual equipment. A circuit drawing room for creating pneumatic control circuits using various symbols. Supports real-time visualization and simulation of pressure flow and sequence operation steps.
Hydraulic Device Library
Composed of various hydraulic devices used in actual training equipment. Provides a library of core control elements like pressure control, directional control, and flow rate adjustment.
Electrical Sequence Modules
Supports electrical sequence modules consisting of a power module, emergency stop module, switch module, general relay module, lamp module, timer module, and counter module.
Hydraulic Piping Analysis
Supports a hydraulic piping analysis function that allows viewing piping status based on the operating conditions of each hydraulic cylinder and motor, and selectively displaying only specific circuits.
Hydraulic Circuit Diagram Room
Configures hydraulic circuits using various symbols. Provides real-time visualization and simulation of the circuit's pressure flow and sequence operation stages.
Electrical Devices & PLC Modules
Provides various panel installation equipment and control devices to support training from basic practice to Master Craftsman of Electrical work level.
Circuit Drawing Room & Verification
Dedicated circuit drawing room for creating 2D electrical circuits. Supports linking the 2D circuit drawn here with the 3D training equipment for verification and operation simulation.
Piping & Wiring
Supports wire colors that meet the actual wiring standards. Provides PE conduit, flexible conduit, and cables.
Pin Marking & Internal Wiring Diagram
Provides the Ball Tester for self-verification identical to the actual equipment before circuit simulation. Provides internal wiring diagrams and socket base configurations. Allows port notation within symbols.

Output: 4 Cylinders, Conveyor, Drill, 3-Color Lamp, Motor Input: Limit Switches per cylinder, 3 Workpiece Detection Sensors Provision of various forms of equipment customization, including Device Contact setting, Solenoid change, Initial State setting, and Sensor Position setting.
Servo motor lift
Provides servo motor lift for industrial engineer certification training and its own parameters (*Mitsubishi equipment based on QD77MS2 standard).
PLC & Contact Settings
Supports LS Industrial Systems PLC CPU Series [XGK, XGI, XGB, XGB(IEC)] and Mitsubishi MELSEC Series [FX, Q, R].
